Jennifer appereared on Good Morning America, Monday August 18th to talk about her upcoming triathlon for charity. SELF editor-in-chief, Lucy Danzinger, joined her spreading the news.
The pair chatted with anchor Chris Cuomo live from Central Park about raising money for Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, which Lopez has worked with for many years, and the challenges and rewards of training.

Don’t you love this video!! Shes so energetic and very determined. I actually put this video and a link to the donations for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on myspace. We all as Jennifer Lopez fans need to support and not just that but give back to this cause. Its all about the children.
