Clarification on TLC docuseries by Jennifer’s publicist

Despite TLC’s press release suggesting otherwise, Lopez’s personal publicist, Leslie Sloane, just issued the following “clarification”:
“The show that Jennifer Lopez is doing for TLC is a “docuseries” that follows the creation of a mother/child fragrance launch. It is not about her family and home life with her children.”

Like I said I crave all things JLO and I would watch anything she is in. But as a JLO fan I am also a JLO defender, and a reality show is not a good move if she wants to be taken serious as an actress and producer. lets not lump her with Denise RICHARDS , LOHAN, BRITNEY, PARIS, KIM K. ….YOU KNOW THE JOKES OF THE MEDIA AND POP TARTS AND TABLOIDS FODDER ..AND MATERIAL FOR LATE NITE TALK SHOWS.
If the show is like what she did on MTV for her first fashion show then I quess that would be ok , OR like what OPHRA did on her road trip with Gail…I just dont want her pimping her kids out there like she cant get any real work. Its not like a reality show has help any real artist get credabilty…look at Whityney, Britney, Jessica Simpson,…the only ones who benifited were the media.
I want to see her make better choices with her moives and records. BRAVE AND CAUM were good albums but poor choices were made with the singles. EL cantante was great,she got the shaft on that. Bordertown her acting was good but the visual played like a B movie.
Jlo has the potential to win an oscar and a grammy but she needs better choices, better material and better producers.
She said she was taking time off, she is supposed to start fliming in SEPT/OCT…..WHY WOULD SHE NEED A REALILTY SHOW? EVEN A DOCU-SERIRS??

Yeah ,a few of my friends were telling me its about her life. I’m like, pump the breaks!!! Jennifer Lopez is not about putting her life on blast. So calm down!! LOL But I really like the feel of this! It would resemble her tho. Cant wait to see the promotions of this!!
