Madonna topped Forbes “Cash Queens of Music” list, earning $72 million between June 2006 and June 2007. Barbara Streisand followed with $60 million, thanks to her comeback. Celine Dion ranked third with $45 million, largely from her successful “A New Day” show in Las Vegas.
The Bronx-born Jennifer López came in at #18, cashing in $6 million despite weak album sales. J.Lo’s earnings came mostly from her catalog, clothing sales and up to six highly successful fragrances.
