Jennifer Lopez, actresses Kate Del Castillo, Angelica Vale and Adamari Lopez land on the cover of PEOPLE en Español’s annual “Stars of the Year” issue, a look at the hottest and most intriguing stars of the year. Others on the list include singers Luis Miguel, Juan Luis Guerra, and Victor Manuelle, among others.
Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez lands on the “Stars of the Year” list for her accomplishments in 2007 including her first Spanish language CD, Como ama una mujer, and her new English album called Brave, producing and starring in the film El Cantante, and her first tour with husband Marc Anthony. Mexican actress Kate Del Castillo is recognized for her leading roles in the 2007 films Trade and The Black Pimpernel, and next year, she’ll star in four more movies—Julia, Bad Guys, Under the Same Moon and Por vida (For Life.)
