Details about 7th Album entitled “Brave”

Jennifer Lopez has announced details of her sixth studio album, Brave. The record will be released on October 8th, and preceded by hot new single Hold It Don’t Drop It on October 1.
It’s produced by Swizz Beatz, Timbaland Cory Rooney, Jermaine Dupri, newcomers Lynn & Wade LLP and Jonathan Rotem. Speaking about the record, Jennifer recently said:
“It’s coming out incredible. We’re putting together some great things, and not what everyone’s expecting. Think a little Jamiroquai, a little Sade. It’s real feel-good music.”
Dubbed “global superstar, actress, singer, songwriter, dancer, fashion designer and entrepreneur” in a press release which only just stopped short of claiming she cured cancer, there’s no denying that Jennifer has several strings to her bow these days. Earlier this year she released her first Spanish album, Como Ama Una Mujer (How A Woman Loves) which broke records for international sales of Spanish language albums. She’s sold over 25 million albums worldwide and since 1998, Jennifer has had thirteen top ten UK singles including two No1s, and 2.2 million UK album sales.

well jennifer has worked with timbaland before. so there is no surprise for that. and jermaine when he produced control myself with ll cool j, i mean there both great producers, i just wanna see what happens with the new track. ;] i hope it has a hot video. i want jennifer to work with babyface and la reid, i wanna see what wonders they could come up with. i mean babyface was there for toni braxton and la reid has supervised great with like TLC and they are classics, i cant wait. ;]

Jen, do you still have an English language record coming out?
Jennifer Lopez: Yes. In a couple of weeks I have one coming out. It’s called Hold it, Don’t Drop It. I think we are doing a simultaneous release, too. There will be two singles coming out. We are shooting the videos next week. We are shooting both of them. I am going to rest after today. I’m going to take a couple of days off, then go back to dance rehearsal. Then we are going to start getting ready for the tour. It’s an exciting time. It’s a really happy time to be involved in projects that we really love.
Has Robert Rodriguez approached you about appearing in Barbarella?
Jennifer Lopez: No! Is he making “Barbarella”? Really? I didn’t know that. And he’s going to come to me?
That’s what I heard from a pretty reliable source.
Jennifer Lopez: That would be fantastic. This is so funny. The video that I am doing actually has a “Barbarella” theme to it. Isn’t that weird. Maybe he’ll shoot the video!

waw this is so exiting…i’m so happy for jennifer..she is so great..i hope Marc and Jen wins an Oscar for their performances in el cantante….i’m praying and hoping for them. I haven’t seen the movie yet but from the trailers you can see how great their performances are..i’m so waiting for this movie..does anybody know when el cantante will hit theaters in Europe? Because its always later then in the US. If anybody knows..please let me know…i’m so waiting for this movie..
