Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony Confirm Joint Fall Tour!!

As exclusively revealed here last week, superstar Latin husband-and-wife duo Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony will tour together for the first time this fall. The trek will kick off Sept. 29 in Atlantic City, N.J.; the full itinerary will be unveiled next week. Tickets begin going on sale Aug. 10 via Livenation.com (Pre-Purchase tickets for the first date already via Ticketmaster)
Lopez and Anthony will play their own sets on the Live Nation-produced tour, but will also perform together in English and Spanish. A dollar from every ticket sold will be donated to ING Run for Something Better, a children’s fitness and healthy lifestyle program. Anthony told Billboard last week:
“Jennifer has never toured,I’ve toured all my life. This is where I can step in and say, ‘Oh, my God, this could be fun,’ and introduce her to that world. It is something she’s always wanted to do, but she’s never had the time. And I was offered many more films I never took advantage of because I was always on tour.”
Anthony is about to hit the big screen in “El Cantante,” a biopic about salsa legend Hector Lavoe. Lopez stars in the film as Lavoe’s wife, Puchi. The film’s soundtrack, to be released today (July 24), is Anthony’s ninth studio album and the first from his new venture with Sony BMG.

Back to the topic though, Im so glad Jennifer can go on tour at last and she and Marc will make for some amazing shows. I hope there will be a DVD of the tour though cos i live in the UK so i wont get to go

omg this is soo freakin cool…i’ve seen j.lo in 2005 in wango tango and marc in sept 05…but wow..like i can’t believe they are going on tour…im so going to VEGAS BABY..HELL YEA…can’t wait!!!!!!!!

O my god…this is soo cool…fans in america are soo lucky…we here in the Europe can only hope that she’ll come to our country’s i so hope she comes to Netherlands. If i had the money i would fly to atlantic city just for her..i also hope a dvd releases julyleo..that would be so incredibly amazing for us europe fans..there never comes a dvd when marc’s on tour..it’s such a pity..coz his concert are so brilliant and now they’re going together just can’t imagine that we will miss it…i can almost cry…i just hope that a dvd releases…
