J-Lo: Will work for (junk) food

Jennifer Lopez can’t resist eating junk food. The singer, famous for her voluptuous curves, works hard to stay in shape when she has a new project to promote, but satisfies her calorific cravings when she has time off. Jennifer told Cosmopolitan magazine.
“If I have got a movie or an album to promote, I’ll work very hard to stay in shape for those few months. But I eat McDonald’s every now and again, and go through phases where I don’t exercise at all. Even though I always try to eat healthily, I will often allow myself a nice treat, like a chocolate-chip cookie - I just won’t eat the whole packet! Food is a great gift in life - it’s there for us to enjoy.”

Ah, its nice to hear a celeb talk about food and the importance of striking a balance between a healthy lifestyle and “treats”. Everything in moderation and all that- this is a good message to portray.
There are far too many eating disorders because some people have been conditioned to think eating a bite of a doughnut ONCE in your life is a sin or something.
I think its great that Jen is talking about food in a positive manner.

My Jen eating Mickey D’s lol…thats hot. That’s great that she’s saying this…a lot of girls now in days have an eating disorder…that’s awesome to know that she isn’t all into being perfect like everyone tends to think of her. LOVE MA GURL JEN!
